Alexander Schalm Salto is a lawyer and certified data protection officer at KINAST. He advises clients in the context of international data protection and serves both large commercial groups and companies in the manufacturing sector.

Education & Career

Alexander completed his legal education at the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and his legal clerkship in Cologne. He has been with KINAST for several years and during this time has acquired in-depth knowledge in various areas of data protection. In addition to the implementation of projects in the area of marketing and websites, questions regarding international data transfers, as well as employee and applicant data protection also play a recurring role. He has already accompanied and carried out several audits.

In addition, Alexander has extensive experience in the creation of procedure directories, the data protection review and implementation of software tools, as well as the review of data protection impact assessments and order processing contracts.
