Education & Career
Originally from Westphalia, Anna moved to Bonn to study law, where she majored in “International and European Law of Economic Relations” and completed her specialized foreign language training in Anglo-American law, among other things. Her project management during a voluntary service on the topic of “European Cooperation- Visions of the Future of the EU” also sharpened her knowledge of international contexts, which now benefits her in her work on data protection law. In addition to her English language qualifications, her knowledge of French is also extremely helpful for our international clients.
Having already worked for a law firm in Bonn during her studies, Anna gained an early insight of the day-to-day work of a lawyer. Additionally, numerous internships during her studies ensured that Anna already had a lot of legal experience when she joined Kinast Rechtsanwälte.

Anna Sophia's Selected Projects
- Advising a large client in the field of higher education data protection with over 35,000 members was advised on complex, international contexts and contractually reorganized through lengthy negotiations with various stakeholders.
- Advising a large non-profit organization was supported within a very short time in the preparation of a comprehensive data protection confidentiality agreement for a newly established plenum, which was legally tailored to the various roles of the individual members.
- For various companies, the global digital precense was revised in terms of data protection law, supplimented with appropraite data protection notices and contracts with subcontractors were also reviewed.
