Education & Career
Daria draws on a wide range of experience in data protection law gained during her university education. At the University of Leipzig, she majored in media law, specializing in data protection and copyright law. Her seminar paper dealt with data transfers to third countries in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
During her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, Daria completed her administrative training at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, where she was able to expand her knowledge of European data protection law and dealing with IT security incidents.
Character
Her strengths include a precise and structured approach to her work. She has a keen sense of accuracy without losing sight of the big picture. Even in challenging project phases, she stands out for her solution-oriented approach, always maintaining her positive and respectful manner. Her working style combines organization, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Daria grew up in Dortmund and studied law in Göttingen and Leipzig. After completing her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Münster, she moved to Cologne, where she has been working at KINAST ever since. As an active skier, she embraces every challenge and seeks balance on the tennis court in the summer.
