Dean Osborne is responsible for international marketing and brand management. He is primarily tasked with developing and implementing strategies to promote KINAST as an international brand, market our services, and grow the company on the international stage.

Education & Career

Originally from the UK, Dean has lived and worked in many corners of the world over two decades. After studying design in Manchester, he initially worked in the UK security printing industry. In 2002, he set off around the world as one of the first “digital nomads” with only his laptop.

With over 25 years of experience as a graphic designer, art director and creative director, Dean draws on a wealth of experience from diverse international marketing campaigns. Whether print, digital or live events – many campaigns have required in-depth knowledge of multiple disciplines, across multiple channels.

Dean’s creative thinking, and often unorthodox approach to problem solving, has contributed to the success of international clients and projects of all sizes, whether with renowned electronics manufacturers or Hollywood animation studios.

His primary focus at KINAST is currently on the digital aspect of marketing, including the development and maintenance of our international websites and social channels, search engine optimization, email marketing, content strategy and paid media campaigns.

Dean is always open to new ideas and projects. He is highly regarded for his quick thinking, pragmatic approach and ability to switch between multiple projects. Due to his years of experience as a designer, he also regularly assists our communications team with graphic support and promotional material – cue Photoshop magic!

During his travels, Dean turned his passion for scuba diving into an additional source of income and trained as a diving instructor. This activity took him all over Southeast Asia, to Australia and in 2005 to Thailand, where he met his German wife. Since 2007 Dean lives permanently in Germany and works exclusively in the digital design and marketing industry.
