Hannah Martin works as a research assistant at KINAST Attorneys at Law. She supports the Know-How Management team with internal work, such as compiling data protection law content and editorial activities.

Education & Career

The prospective trainee lawyer completed her studies in Trier, Bordeaux and Cologne. In the process, she completed a bachelor’s program in France and obtained the “Licence en Droit européen et international”. She is fluent in English and French.

Hannah’s area of expertise is employee data protection and the implementation of data protection regulations on websites. In actual project work, she is primarily responsible for drafting data protection declarations and, among other client work, regularly supports our attorneys in data protection audits. The goal here is always to standardize and simplify processes – for example, she was recently involved in the creation of training content.
