Leonard has a versatile professional background, which has been significantly shaped by his several years of self-employment. During this time, he was responsible for various operational and organizational tasks, led teams, and worked closely with clients and external service providers. As a result, he knows both the client’s perspective and the requirements on the service side from his own experience.
While working at KINAST, he is currently deepening his legal knowledge by studying business law, which supports his professional activities.
