Education & Career
Lukas studied law in Trier and Cologne with a focus on “Intellectual Property and Competition”. He was particularly interested in the special features of the digital economy in terms of competition law.
Lukas was able to gain initial experience in the day-to-day work of a law firm in Trier during the early stages of his studies. Through internships accompanying his studies in the administration of a church order as well as the law firm of an industry expert for companies in the health and social economy, he was also able to gain experience in legal work in these industries. Before joining Kinast Rechtsanwälte, Lukas worked as an online editor for current topics in the financial market.
Colleagues and clients appreciate his relaxed and uncomplicated manner in the native Rhinelander. He is good at putting himself in the client’s shoes and then solving them with a detailed, yet pragmatic approach. Through his many years of membership in a basketball club, he has learned to work together in a team and to keep a clear head in stressful situations.
