Sebastian Biniwersi is responsible for our internal processes and project management. He identifies, visualizes and documents our new and existing processes within KINAST in collaboration with our Managing Directors and thus supports his colleagues in their daily work.

Education & Career

Sebastian assumes an important position at the interface between the management, our legal teams, and our administration. In doing so, he can draw on his many years of management and project experience and contributes his creativity.

His tasks also include editing and maintaining our intranet. In addition, he supports the preparation of presentations. Furthermore, he is responsible for the organization and implementation of internal and external events of the firm. A milestone of his work at KINAST so far was the organization of our 1st data protection conference (datenschutzticker.live), which he organized together with Daniel Schmitz-Wegner and his project team with great success.

Senior manager in an agency for management & marketing with focus on strategic consulting, management and marketing of top athletes and clubs, incl. client and project management, PR and public relations, communication consulting
Project manager for sponsoring engagements, PR campaigns and partnerships (operational support, management and implementation)
Member of the board of a sports club for many years, including as chairman, press officer and trainer
Studied sports science at the German Sport University Cologne in the department of economics and management

Character

Sebastian has always taken a keen interest in the various topics of his colleagues and always interacts at eye level with everyone. In his day to day project work, Sebastian benefits from his positive outlook on life, which helps him to act in a goal-oriented and pragmatic manner even in tense situations. For him, respectful interaction when working together is always particularly important.
