Education & Career
Due to her many years of practical experience, Kristin has a wealth of experience with regard to issues arising in day-to-day business. However, she is also familiar with project work. In this respect, she has, among other things, already conducted extensive audits, accompanied the development of databases from a data protection perspective, and successfully led the implementation and execution of marketing products and projects. In the context of project work, she is excited by the fact of building something new from scratch and being able to influence the final product. In this respect, she says that the more complex and elaborate projects are, the more fun they are.
In addition to Kristin´s comprehensive expertise in data protection law, she has strong knowledge of corporate and employee data protection and has extensive experience in advising works councils. Another area of expertise is the handling of personal data in the consulting professions, in particular law firms, and in the areas of pharmaceuticals & clinical trials and technology.
In her current client work, Kristin is responsible for project management and acts as the main contact for both small and large, globally active companies. She appreciates the great variety of data protection cases that arise in connection with large corporations as well as the challenges that arise for small companies. These different objectives characterize her varied day-to-day work. In her cooperation with clients, she appreciates the good and close collaboration with the contact persons.
In the context of project work, she is fascinated by the task of building something new from scratch and being able to influence the final product. In this respect, she says that the more complex and elaborate projects are, the more fun they are.
