Education & Career
Laura studied law in Trier, Bonn and Cologne, completed the specialized foreign language training in Anglo-American law and obtained her LL.M. at the Mainz Media Institute.
In addition to her extensive expertise in data protection law, Laura has strong knowledge of employee data protection. Another area of expertise is the handling of personal data in the healthcare sector as well as in science and research.
In her client work, she is responsible, among other things, for the implementation of a GDPR data protection management in large organizations, managing the interests from the various corporate divisions. She also advises large, medium companies, NGOs and even start-ups with a focus on the Austrian and German markets.
Laura is co-author of the „Praxishandbuch Datenschutz für KMU“ (Practical Handbook on Data Protection for SMEs) published by LexisNexis Verlag in 2019.
