Susanne Fellhauer-Said is a lawyer at KINAST Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and advises companies from various industries on all issues of national and international data protection law.

Education & Career

Susanne studied at the University of Cologne and was able to gain practical experience as a research assistant before and during her legal clerkship.

Before joining KINAST, she worked as a lawyer for a firm of auditors and tax consultants in the Rhineland, specializing in corporate law.

Furthermore, she provided legal support and advice to medium-sized companies during mergers & acquisitions transactions as part of comprehensive due diligence reviews.

During her many years as a legal research assistant for a well-known Cologne law firm for media and internet law, she wrote various legal articles on the subject of data protection law and gained her first experience.
