Eva Schnitzler is a lawyer and certified data protection officer. She mainly advises and supports clients from the insurance industry as well as the logistics, education and research sectors in data protection law.

Education & Career

Eva began her career at our firm as a lawyer and knowledge management lawyer. In this role, in addition to providing client support until the summer of 2022, she supported our Knowledge Management team in preparing our legal knowledge for our team and our clients in a practical manner, thereby enabling us to provide high-quality advice to our clients in an efficient and consistent manner.

In the course of her national and international mandates, she deals, among other things, with questions regarding employee data protection and the negotiation and review of works agreements with data protection law implications.

Eva’s core activities also include reviewing, revising and drafting order processing agreements, processing directories or data protection declarations.

Legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne with stations at the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain in Madrid and a German airline, among others
Research assistant in an international business law firm in the field of real estate law

She completed her legal clerkship in Cologne, including stints at the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain (in Madrid) and even a German airline.
