Franziska Viazis works as an Attorney at Law at KINAST in the team Cologne 2 of Laura Graßie, where she mainly deals with clients from the higher education sector and the hotel industry.

Education & Career

Even before and during her legal clerkship, Franziska worked for a law firm in Constance that focussed on banking and capital market law, which means that she already has experience of working in a law firm.

Franziska already gained closer insights into project work in data protection through her elective station in an auditing company during her legal clerkship, including the implementation of extensive audits, the creation of a guideline for the data protection organisation of a bank and risk management in data protection.
