Simon Meeser works as a Junior Knowledge Lawyer at KINAST Innovations, where he is primarily involved in knowledge management.

Education & Career

His tasks are varied and range from creating new samples (e.g. TIA), templates, presentations, apps, websites, analysing new developments (changes in legislation, judgements, decisions by supervisory authorities) to conducting training courses (most recently international data transfers).

Simon is a certified data protection officer (TÜV Nord) and provides support in the area of corporate compliance (especially the KINAST whistleblower protection system) and in mandate work (currently mainly US corporations). His experience abroad in the USA and his membership in the German-American Lawyers Association (DAJV) are of great benefit to him. Today, his experience in corporate law helps him to quickly grasp structures and processes in companies and to be able to classify them in a target-oriented manner.
