Simon Meeser, LL.B.

Simon is a lawyer and certified data protection officer (TÜV Nord). As Innovation Operations Manager, he is responsible for operational management within KINAST Innovation RA-GmbH. Working closely with the management team, he oversees the implementation of strategic goals, ensures efficient resource, budget, and time planning, and guarantees that objectives are met.

With his focus on quality, adherence to deadlines, and cross-departmental collaboration, he coordinates complex projects and continuously develops our consulting services. Simon places particular emphasis on supporting his team: he accompanies colleagues in their further development, creates structures for effective work, and promotes a culture of cooperation and personal responsibility through coaching and feedback. As a central interface, he promotes synergies between departments and contributes significantly to the sustainable increase in efficiency of the KINAST Group.
